Provide support and coordination to outdoor sales personnel and related departments within the company.To attend customer's phone calls & emails related to products and order inquiriesTo assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up deliveryTo perform daily operations, including process Sales Order & issue Purchase Order, while ensuring accurate and timely order entry.Collaborate with the shipping and warehouse departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery of all customer orders.Other adhoc tasks when required Who?are?they?looking?for? Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.Required language(s): Mandarin (We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.), English, Bahasa MalaysiaRequired Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer LiterateAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in steel industries will be added advantage.Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encourage to apply.Possess own transport & able to start work immediately will be added advantage.Self-motivated & initiative personality5 days / week Why you should consider this opportunity:
