To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochureRespond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requestedProvide administrative support to sales teamHandling/follow up with customers on all sales support mattersProcess sales order and follow up payment with clientsCoordination and monitor for clients orderPrepare shipping documents for overseas shipments; Delivery Orders (DO) for local deliveries and inform customers of shipment detailsHandle ad hoc task as assigned Job Requirement:
