Sales Coordinator (Quotation / Administration / Email / Phone)

Basic RM 2800 – RM 4000 + Variable Bonus

Working location: Bukit Indah
Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday – Friday) / 8:30am to 1pm (Alternate Sat)
Responsibilities:
To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax, and email, preparing brochures.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Handle/follow up with customers on all sales support matters.
Process sales orders and follow up on payments with clients.
Coordinate and monitor client orders.
Prepare shipping documents for overseas shipments; Delivery Orders (DO) for local deliveries and inform customers of shipment details.
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Training provided for those without/lesser experience.
