Prepare Quotation, Delivery Order (DO) and Invoices for customers.
Updating DO and invoice tracking list and to update PO status.
Responsible to follow up with customers on outstanding PO.
Updating parts cleaning report.
Follow up with internal department on part deliveries.
Arrange customers' daily shipment/collection with the logistic team.
Filing & retention of records in a systematic manner.
Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
