SALES COORDINATOR / SALES REPRESENTATIVESSales Coordinator and Sales Representatives- Coordinatorracy in Cantonese/Mandarin
Positions Available : 1 Sales Support Coordinator and 1 Sales Representative
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Department : Admin floor with Air conditioning & sufficient lighting
Reporting to : General Manager
Job Scope :
Support sales personnel with daily quotations and generate sales orders.
Contact international freight forwarders and handle shipping documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, BL, AWB) for the company and our customers.
Provide customer service support to both local and overseas customers, including responding to queries, providing warranty support, and assisting in closing sales deals.
Update transactions in the ERP system and maintain record-keeping in Excel files.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks, generate sales and backorder reports, and problem solve.

Requirements :
Excel skills with basic knowledge of formulas and vlookups.
English literacy to draft comprehensive emails to overseas suppliers and customers.
Higher education (SPM) or equivalent; a diploma is an advantage.
Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge is essential.
Working knowledge of Excel/Microsoft Office and accounting software is required.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Job Description for Sales Representative :
Develop and penetrate new markets for the company's B2C Direct Channel through new customer recruitment.
Follow up, collect, and confirm new customers' first orders with payment received.
Provide all required information for KYC and account opening to the company Sales Supervisor.
Ensure clear communication with customers on company B2C business offerings, terms, and conditions.
Conduct market surveys on behalf of the company.
Provide a complete outlet database based on the outlets visited and recruited.
Job Requirements for Sales Representative :
Full working rights for Malaysia with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
Sales experience in the automotive after-warranty industry is an advantage.
Non-office role—willing to work in an external environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Own transportation is required.
