Perform sales / purchase order creation and execution for trade transaction Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals, and Customers in sales / purchase orders, shipment documentation, and payment settlement Arrange import / export shipments via logistics provider Receive and prepare inventories for pre-dispatch check and dispatch Liaise with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely local delivery arrangement Coordinate and perform monthly cycle-count / annual stock count Identify potential issues and/or queries raised by Sales / Hospitals for effective dispute resolutions Investigate and escalate erroneous trade transactions for management resolutions Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager Maintain all the PM data/document Performance Expectations: Ensure the accuracy of documents generated for distribution Ensure that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced based on IMS to prevent discrepancies in the inventory system Attend to enquiries promptly and provide good services to the stakeholders Ensure proper correspondence between suppliers and forwarders to ensure goods are received as requested Recommend corrective and preventive measures for non-conforming products Safe keep confidential records Implement Good Distribution Practices at all times Adhere to company policies and regulations Skills & Experience: Possess at least a Diploma in logistics & supply chain Possess a minimum of 2 years & above of relevant experience Knowledge in Inventory Management System will be an advantage (eg: SAP) Possess knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word) Possess organizational, problem-solving, and good interpersonal and communication skills Able to take initiative, multi-tasking, work under pressure, and work independently Training will be provided Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
