-Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Art, Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.-Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.-Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Interior Design.-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, KUJIALE, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.-Strong ability to generate detailed drawings and coordinate design projects.-Ability to create sketches and have good knowledge of reflected ceiling plans, MandE drawings, etc.-Photography and visual merchandising skills are a bonus.-Exceptional conceptual design and design development skills.-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in measurements and specifications.-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.-Highly independent, creative, rigorous, and organized with a strong design sensibility.-Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
