Job DescriptionAs a Kitchen and Wardrobe Designer, you will be responsible for creating custom designs that meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients. You will collaborate closely with sales personnel to understand client requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions. Your expertise in design software and industry trends will be crucial in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.
Design and Visualization:
Create custom kitchen and wardrobe designs tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
Utilize design software to produce detailed 3D renderings and technical drawings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry.
Client Consultation and Sales Support:
Conduct in-person or virtual consultations with clients to gather requirements and discuss design options.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Collaborate with sales personnel to understand client needs and provide design solutions that support sales efforts.
Participate in sales meetings to offer design insights and address client inquiries.
Provide training to the sales team on product features, benefits, and design elements.
Assist sales personnel with technical questions related to design and product specifications.
Project Management and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that designs meet manufacturing standards and production capabilities.
Maintain accurate records of design revisions and client communications.
Review final designs for accuracy and feasibility before presenting to clients or passing to production.
Address any design-related issues or concerns that arise during the sales process or production phase.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or adjustments.
Gather feedback from clients to improve future design offerings and sales processes.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience:Proven track record as a Sales Designer in the cabinetry industry.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of cabinetry materials, finishes, and hardware.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the sales team.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
