Sales Development Executive

We are pleased to inform that currently Happy Pet Malaysia is looking for an additional team member as Business Development Executive.
The Business Development Executive is in charge of attaining and attracting customers in order to leverage the market and increase the number of customers in the assigned area and to achieve the business targets and goals.
Responsibilities:
Execute mapping area plan by looking for new open accounts and analyze current and potential new open areas to maintain and improve sales coverage.
Maintain and develop existing accounts.
Suggest innovative ideas for the growth of the brand based on market needs.
Monitor and maintain the balance and growth of product distribution in a given area.
Monitor the condition of each account and plan necessary strategies based on agreed targets.
Perform win-win negotiations with customers according to current strategies.
Provide analysis of field conditions to the Manager for a better understanding of the market.
Conduct daily visits to existing accounts and perform business trips in the given area.
Propose initiatives for event activation/marketing programs to assist existing accounts if necessary.
Obtain appointments with new prospecting accounts.
Monitor and maintain the balance and growth of existing outlets and new ones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in sales function with a preference for a FMCG organization
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Must be able to converse in:Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaya#J-18808-Ljbffr
