To drive the growth and success of our company in the APAC region for SSL certificates by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients. The SDR will build strong relationships, qualify leads, and seamlessly transition high-quality opportunities to the sales team. By understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, the SDR plays a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and enhancing revenue in our target markets.Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events based on our ICP.Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.Convert prospects into Qualified LeadsSet appointments for the Business Developers in the regionDevelop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference in CRM.Collaborate with Business Developers to develop effective lead-generation strategiesAnalyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generationManage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlinesTrack progress towards meeting sales goalsCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsUse customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activitiesParticipate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations (when required)Provide accurate and timely information to managementDevelop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales processProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.Competences3+ years of experience inB2B IT sales(preferably in Hosting/Domains/SSL or SaaS/Tech industry), with a track record of exceeding or meeting set targets.Experience with cold callingProficient in GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)Experience in using CRMStrong communication skills via phone, email, and social media.Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsStrong desire and ability to move up within a sales organizationKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsProficiency in using lead generation tools and softwareTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeLanguage skills: Mandarin & English.
