Develop and execute sales strategies targeting focus market segment, infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial and Residential. Identify new applications for AESB solutions to drive business expansion.
Sales Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring accountability and motivation.
Client Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, and end-users.
Represent the company in negotiations, industry events, and conferences.
Technical Collaboration:
Work with engineering and technical teams to provide customized solutions.
Ensure all proposals meet regulatory and technical compliance standards.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
