1.Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, power, and infrastructure.
• Identify new markets and applications for EHT solutions to drive business expansion.
2.Sales Team Management
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring accountability and motivation.
3.Client Relationship Management
• Foster strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, and end-users.
• Represent the company in negotiations, industry events, and conferences.
4.Technical Collaboration
• Work with engineering and technical teams to provide customized solutions.
• Ensure all proposals meet regulatory and technical compliance standards.
5.Performance Analysis
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in EHT or related industrial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of EHT applications, systems, and industry regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex, high-value sales projects.

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
