We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead sales strategy and execution for our B2B SaaS platform in Malaysia.
As a founding member, you'll play a critical role in building and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Team Building & Management: Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team with clear performance metrics to ensure individual and team success.
Revenue & KPI Management: Monitor and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to support long-term business growth and customer retention.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, developing strategies to penetrate and grow these segments.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide senior leadership with regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights into market trends.
About You: Experience: 5+ years in a senior sales role, ideally within SaaS or technology industries; an MBA or Master's degree in Business or Sales is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in building and managing successful sales teams, with strong goal-setting and motivational capabilities.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficiency in performance tracking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of building lasting relationships.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales management platforms.
