**Responsibilities**:- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve targets.- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and profitability.- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.- Set clear sales objectives and performance metrics for team members.- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Understand client needs and market dynamics to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and revenue opportunities.- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and sales achievements.- Supervise and direct the sales team to ensure individual and departmental goals are met.- Developing the sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge training.- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.- Monitoring sales goals and reporting results as necessary.- Work closely with other departments, including business planning, finance and accounting to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is an added advantage.- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles especially in real property industry.- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to Commute:- Temerloh (required)Ability to Relocate:- Temerloh: Relocate before starting work (required)
