While the world is moving towards smart electronic control, connectivity, mobility and energy; The Customer & Market team is connecting customers to our high tech solutions.
As the Global Sales Director you will report into the Manager Customer & Market, and be part of this Management Team.
The role will be located in Malaysia.The Sales team makes impact by:Defining the sales strategy to expand our market and build sustainable and innovative partnershipsMaking best-in-class product and service offersUnderstanding the market and ecosystem and bringing in relevant network and benchmark referencesProviding customer and market insights for our product portfolio strategy and roadmapsYour Responsibilities:Own and hit/exceed the sales targetsDevelop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer baseBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesEffectively communicate our value propositions through proposals and presentationsConnect to the broader semiconductor equipment ecosystem to understand trends and ensure ITEC delivers best in class productsLead and develop the Global Sales team and further professionalize one standard way of workingRepresent the voice of the customer towards other departmentsYour Profile:Hold a Master's Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline and/or a Business Administration/Economics Master degree from a technical backgroundSuccessful Sales track record and network in semiconductor equipment industryAble to build customer relationships on VP and Director level across factories, procurement, and headquartersSuccessful track record in leading and developing peopleTeam player that can drive for results in close collaboration with other departmentsExcellent customer facing, presentation and communication skillsFluent in English; Fluent in Chinese or Dutch is an advantageTravel > 50%We offerA challenging company culture where your initiatives, feedback and ideas matterA wealth of opportunities for growth and making an impactA key role: you can be part of ITEC's exciting journey to become a world leader in semiconductor assembly equipment and automationTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
