The Offer A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities The Job Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and services, emphasizing how they meet customer needs Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process to address customer inquiries and concerns Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions to showcase product capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and acting as a trusted advisor - Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to provide customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company  The Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered Proven experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts effectively Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions to customer challenges Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service Knowledge of the industry and market trends, including competitors and their offerings Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events The Employer Our client was incorporated in 2011 by a group of passionate research scientists.
