Job Description:
1.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including researching potential clients and understanding their processes and application needs.
2.Develop customized solutions and proposals for clients, showcasing the value of our specialty gas products and services.
3.Collaborate closely with customers to ensure clear understanding of technical requirements and deliver effective solutions aligned with their objectives.
4.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, highlighting product features, safety standards, and compliance.
5.Manage sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with progress and client feedback.
6.Coordinate with internal departments, including production and engineering, to address any product adjustments or customer-specific requirements.
7.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
8.Prepare and deliver business proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
9.Ensure all activities adhere to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or diploma in any engineering discipline or a related field; relevant technical training is a plus.
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial gas/high purity pipelines or industrial gas distribution systems.
3.Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.
4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and relationship building.
5.Proven ability to negotiate, solve problems, and drive projects to completion.
6.Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
7.Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
8.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
