Sales Engineer

Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients & explore business opportunities from new customersPrepare quotes as per customers' specifications & requirementsFollow up quotes & negotiate prices with the intention to closeGenerate process or routing in manufacturing order (Job Traveler)Provide guidance to junior sales engineerProvide key suggestions including corrective & preventive actions during investigationsResolve customer complaints by identifying root causePossess knowledge of effective email communication with all parties internal & externalWillingness & ability to travel regularly for customer visits & business meetings including potential overnight stays, locally and abroadOther duties as may be assignedRequirements:
Min 1 year working experience in Precision Engineering manufacturing industryDiploma/degree in mechanical engineering studies or related fieldProficiency in using Microsoft Office
