Job Description- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and assist potential customers with technical information and benefits of products and services, addressing specific needs and problem-solving.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, offer technical support throughout the sales process, and address inquiries and concerns regarding products or services.
- Implement effective sales strategies to identify and engage potential customers, involving prospecting, lead generation, and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers. Stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential customers, including technical details, pricing, and terms. Negotiate with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements concerning technical and commercial aspects.
- Cultivate and manage lasting customer relationships, provide continual support to meet customer needs, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions. Report progress to management regularly.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for customer meetings, trade shows, or visits to manufacturing facilities.
Job Requirements- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, particularly in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Multiple years of experience in technical sales within the water treatment sector, including expertise in B2B sales, account management, and cultivating client relationships.
- Thorough understanding of water treatment processes, familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and knowledge of water treatment products, their applications, features, and advantages.
- Strong proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese, both written and verbal, is preferred.
- Must have access to personal transportation and hold a valid class D driving license.
