About the role
As a Sales Engineer at AFE AIRFILTER MALAYSIA SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth initiatives. Based in Shah Alam Selangor or Johore Baru this full-time position is responsible for proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
What you'll be doing Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territoriesConduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer challenges and requirementsProvide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the features and benefits of the company's products and servicesCollaborate with the engineering and product teams to develop customised solutions for customersPrepare and present professional sales proposals and presentations to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and closing sales deals in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain and expand existing customer relationships through excellent account managementContribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales strategies and initiativesWhat we're looking for Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably with Sales experience in compressed air treatment products.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levelsProficient in problem-solving, negotiation, and customer relationship managementWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as neededWhat we offer
