Job Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including researching potential clients and understanding their processes and application needs.Develop customized solutions and proposals for clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.Collaborate closely with customers to ensure clear understanding of technical requirements and deliver effective solutions aligned with their objectives.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, highlighting product features, safety standards, and compliance.Manage sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with progress and client feedback.Coordinate with internal departments, including production and engineering, to address any product adjustments or customer-specific requirements.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.Prepare and deliver business proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.Ensure all activities adhere to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Responsible for business development of existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and market share.To source for new business leads by way of multi-channel such as cold calling, networking, canvassing, email, social media, prospect listing, etc.To build good rapport with existing and potential customers.Conduct online/on-site product demo(s) with each qualified prospect.Update new or current client database (address, phone, email, etc)Issuing of quotation, follow-up with collection, attend to customer complaint and after sales service.Visit to project site as required for exchange of information.Channel feedback from customers and work with product development team to drive platform enhancements.Other job or project assigned by Superior and/or Management from time to time.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any engineering discipline or a related field; relevant technical training is a plus.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical sales.Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and relationship building.Proven ability to negotiate, solve problems, and drive projects to completion.Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.Possess own transport and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
