Sales Engineer

job description Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through available channel and resources Handle pre and post sales account management & technical support, attending to sales inquiries, generate and present quotations Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long term relationships with key customers To be always ready to attend to technical matters raised by the clients and to proactively provide assistance and practical solutions Built up good rapport with new & existing customers Exchange market information with colleagues to know the plastic industry / chemicals industry well Achieve sales target by following actions plan Ensure collection from customer are on track Timely submission of sales activities and forecasting report. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in engineering, chemicals or any related field 1 to 2 years of working experience in plastic/resins or any other related chemical industries for manufacturing sectors Excellent communication skill Resilient, energetic, hardworking and pleasant personality Good personality, positive attitude, independent and hardworking Excellent knowledge of MS Office Possess own transportation Basic salary with travelling claims Position to be based in Penang or Petaling Jaya, Selangor Company Background
