An established company that serves a global clientele and is recognized for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions within the cooling tower industry.The New Roles:In charge of sales for existing and new clients (developers, consultants, and contractors).Develop & maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers for long-term business prospects.Perform site evaluation to identify customer's needs, handle customer inquiries on engineering adaptations on cooling towers, and provide sales support involving tendering processes, proposal submissions, and presentations.Track and follow up on upcoming projects and commercial developments.Achieve sales targets for the given territory and promote company products to customers for personal and career growth.Negotiate pricing, tender and contract terms, and close deals with potential customers.Assist in payment collection from customers.Requirements to succeed:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any discipline, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum 2-year experience in sales is an added advantage.Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.Able to accept challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.Independent, analytical, and a good supporter of teamwork.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.Rewards gained:The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing group that is a leader in its industry and offers excellent career progression opportunities locally.
