Responsibilities
Demonstrate to clients a deep understanding of VRF and chiller systems, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for clients, highlighting the advantages of selected HVAC systems.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth in the VRF and chiller market.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on VRF and chiller products and applications.
Work closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client expectations.
Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to forecast trends, track progress, and inform management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Required Skills
Some experience in sales or engineering sales.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, as training will be provided.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
Mandarin speaking required due to the frequent need to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and industry events as needed.
A customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand and address client requirements.
Nice to Have
Good sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Understanding of HVAC systems, particularly VRF and chiller technologies, including design and applications.
