Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth.
Build and nurture strong working relationships with customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of the products.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries and requests, maintaining a high standard of service.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and generate regular reports to track progress and outcomes.
Work with cross-functional teams within the organization and coordinate with suppliers to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proactive and results-driven with strong initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in electronics/ ESD products/ PPE/ Medical equipment/ semiconductor industries preferred.
