Sales Engineer - Power Transmissions

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm We are seeking a qualified and motivated Power Transmission Sales Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. This role presents a unique opportunity for a technical professional to leverage their expertise in driving sales growth within the dynamic power transmission industry. In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of power transmission solutions. You will leverage your in-depth technical knowledge to identify customer needs, propose effective solutions, and ultimately secure profitable sales agreements. Responsibilities: • Conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients (end users and traders) within Malaysia • Develop a strong understanding of our company's power transmission product portfolio, including their technical specifications and functionalities. • Deliver technical presentations and proposals that address client requirements • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable sales agreements. • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and collaborate with the sales team. • Update sales reports to track performance against targets. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably serving industrial markets in Malaysia. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (as required)
