Sales Engineer (Real Estate And Infrastructure)

Aufgaben You will be responsible for sales of Building and Construction Testing.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the sales of testing services for the Real Estate and Infrastructure Division
Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects for the business areas of Building and Construction Materials
Manage & service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets
Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners
Ensure timely response to customers' enquiries, feedback and comments
Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team in Malaysia team to drive and support lead generation initiatives
Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
Qualifikationen Key Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical, Civil or any other discipine with at least 1-2 years of working experience
Good command of written and verbal English
Prior work experience in building or construction industries and project management will be an added advantage
Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders
Fast learner, customer-oriented and proactive attitude are essential qualities
Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
Be willing to travel within Malaysia
