Tasks:
Proactively develop new business, hunt for new opportunities and close deals, visiting a minimum of 15 customers per week of which 20% should be new leads/customer development.
Meet up with customers and be the first interface to them for any requests and enquiries.
Prepare and demonstrate technical concepts and product information to customers.
If necessary and required, together with TAS department.
Build/maintain and ensure excellent relationship with existing customers.
Consistently develop new customers (NBD).
Be responsible for revenue, profit and to achieve your defined sales targets.
Promote and market Balluff products portfolios and solutions, create more brand awareness into the market.
Plan/organize/participate in trade fairs/trainings/road shows etc.
Gather and feedback market intelligence on competitor's activities and products update.
Must be able to conduct a live event or product presentation to the customers.
Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a minimum of 1 year of working experience in this field.
Possess a minimum of Diploma/Degree in any field.
Achieved annual sales target and develop new business.
Obtaining new leads and business development.
Actively grow and expand the existing customers.
Building and maintaining excellent relationship with customers.
Plan customers visit and provide weekly plan on every early of the week.
Prepare and present weekly report sharing with the team during sales meeting.
Meeting MAPP objectives was set.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage for business requirements.
Compensation:
BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION - UP TO 9K
