JobDescription: Usepractical & innovative ways to identify and penetratetargeted segments such as Architects, Consultants, MVAC Contractorsdirect model.Abilityto utilize experience and understanding of the development sectorto execute the company's sales & businessobjectives.Coordinateactivities as aligned with corporate directions on pricing,delivery, and sales channels to drive individual sales strategiesto achieve optimum results for thecompany.Promoteproduct to the developer, and contractor and specify in the projectmarket.Conductproduct presentations to external customers to increase marketpenetration andawareness.Organize& executive daily sales activities to achieve salestargets.Handletimely collections by monitoring customeraging.Forecastsales to enable operationplanning.Closesales for dealing with government authorities, schools, mosquesetc. Liaise with contractors, engineers, consultants andetc.Attendto customers' inquiries and preparation of sales proposals,quotations, Auto-cad design drawings for submission, attend sitemeetings, handover, andinspections. Job Requirements: Minimum1-2 years of experience in a similarrole.Demonstratestrong communicationskills.Isa strength if the candidate demonstrates good knowledge andunderstanding of the consumer electrical industry, market andcompetitors.Applicantmust be willing to work in TamanDesa Tebrau, JB.Ableto communicate in Mandarin, BM andEnglish.Must knowAutoCAD iscompulsory.Willingto travel outstation Melaka and NorthernJohor.
