You will be responsible for driving sales revenue, planning, and executing successful events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. ; Requirements:- Key Responsibilities
On Ground Sales Generation:


-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by understanding customers' home needs and proposing suitable products from the store.


-Create content on social media via IG, TikTok or Shopee Live to drive engagement and sales


-Manage leads and share sales reporting with Head of Sales.
Event Planning and Execution:


-Plan, organize, and manage marketing events to drive foot fall and sales to the Experience Centre in Bangsar.


-Ensure each event is aligned with the company's brand image and meets attendance, engagement, and sales objectives.


-Manage event logistics, vendor negotiations, and post-event evaluations to determine the event's success.


-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, client meetings, and market research.
Marketing and Campaign Management:


-Create engaging content and promotional materials to boost event attendance and drive sales.


-Drive sales through IG Live and TikTok shop.


-Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
Customer Service:


-Provide top-tier customer service to clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth sales and post-sales experience.


-Address customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
Reporting and Administration:


-Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide event performance analysis.


-Manage a sales and event calendar, ensuring all activities are well-coordinated and communicated internally.
Requirements


-Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.


-Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, event marketing, or a related role. Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.


-Skills:


-Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and partners.


-Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.


-Creative thinking to develop engaging event concepts and marketing campaigns.


-Proficient in social media apps, Microsoft Office and CRM software. Familiarity with event planning tools is an advantage.


-Additional Requirements:


-Willingness to work weekends and travel for events as needed.


-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
