Job DescriptionReporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will play an important role in providing analysis on how we can make our distribution in the market more effective and efficient.
You will need to come up with a model and framework for expanding our distribution in the region to support our long-term growth targets.The distribution framework must support our country sales organizations across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa in engaging with our customers, based on strategic partnerships, supported by data you develop for our performance-based distribution partnerships.The responsibilities of this role will include:Analyzing sales data in the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions on channel mix and providing recommendations to optimize our go-to-market approach.Developing the overall go-to-market approach for the region based on the analysis above.Defining leading measures and KPIs for the approach and framework.Monitoring the progress of the approach and taking necessary actions to ensure its effectiveness.Working closely with cross-functional teams, including the commercial team (sales and marketing) in both the region and countries, as well as the legal and compliance team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration.Proven track record in sales operations, sales management roles, or similar working experience.Experience in distribution management.Experience working in a global or multinational corporation with exposure to diverse markets and regions.Project and change management experience with strong stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.Additional InformationYour future job location offers you:Flexible working environmentFlexi benefits allowancesEmployee discounts on Bosch productsAssociate Development programs @ BOSCHA working environment that promotes diversity and inclusivity#J-18808-Ljbffr
