Job Responsibilities:
Customer Communication : Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Customer Follow-up : Track customer needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Document Preparation : Organize and manage customer-related files and documents.
Quotation Handling : Prepare professional quotations based on customer requirements.
Design Assistance : Assist customers with preparing basic design drawings (if necessary).
Customer Service : Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Work Experience : At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles is an advantage.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel);experience with basic design software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) is a plus .
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish ,Chinese , and (optional)Malay .
Attention to Detail : Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
Customer-Oriented : Enthusiastic about interacting with customers, with a patient and solution-focused approach.
