Primary Objective:
To establish close rapport with car dealers, salesmen, and customers to ensure consistent referrals.
To drive HP business with the target set.
Responsible for increasing and developing sales in areas including:
- Credit Card
- HP Insurance/Takaful
- CASA
Key Responsibilities:To establish a close rapport with Business Associates, e.g., dealers and salesmen.
Meet and interview customers with high standard services.
To ensure turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing, and updating.
Sign agreements & documents.
Submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form) including creation on credit files.
To ensure the targeted group of profile falls within the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
Conduct field visit (where applicable).
To submit proposal for new dealer emplacement.
To drive Ancillary Business and cross-sell other Retail products.
Assist in collection activities (e.g., Field visit on hardcore account & collection of loan repayment).
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
A high-performance team player and result-oriented.
Pleasant personality and appearance.
Willing to relocate and travel frequently.
Sales experience in retail banking products will be an added advantage.
