Sales Executive (Building Materials / Construction Industry)

-Develop the company's client base by identifying potential prospects and closing deals.


-Maintain good relationships with existing clients and identify business opportunities to upgrade contracts and packages.


-Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.


-Maintain a database of contact information.


-Achieve high-impact revenue targets.


-Handle pre-tender-related work and follow up until the project is awarded.


-Follow up on progress claims with clients.


-Develop strategies to promote team adherence to company regulations and performance goals.


-Prepare sales reports consistently.


-Provide after-sales service to clients as necessary.


-Assist with any other tasks as required.

Remuneration Package: Basic salary + allowances + monthly commission

; Requirements:-


- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification in any field


- Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience with successful track record


- Preferably someone with sales experience in Building Materials industry.


- Open for any B2B sales experience.


- Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged


- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia


- Good communication skills with good negotiation skills.


- Good digital marketing skill is preferred.


- Possess own transport.
