Planning, Execution and Review Plan and execute monthly sales plan and promotional activities for independent supermarket and General Trade customer.Provide accurate, complete and timely bottom up forecast via historical data, business trends and insights for planning.Monitor and report on post-execution activities to ensure objectives are met.3. Market Expansion Expand the distribution reach within territory assigned for all channel such as Modern Trade, General Trade and Food service.4. Category Activities Communicate plans and activities clearly and promptly to key supermarket chains and customers.Monitor the trade spending in collaboration with clients and sales manager.Participate in business development programs such as sampling & road shows to enhance in-market execution 5. In-Store Excellence Ensure products are displayed attractively on the shelves and in additional displays area.Ensure all the Point of Sales materials (POSMs) are in place to facilitate the sales and assist consumers in making purchase decisions.Check the products shelf life to ensure they have a sufficient lifespan.Coordinates with Merchandisers for quality execution of promotion, ensuring correct pricing on shelves, adherence to planograms and appropriate assortment.Work closely with merchandiser on the daily outlet visitation, stock movement and stock ordering.6. Collaboration Work closely with the sales operations and logistic teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Coordinate with marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns Work closely with finance team on the aging, outstanding and account disputes.Provide feedback to management on market trend, competition and retailer needs.To perform any duties assigned form time to time by Group FMCG Manager7. Customer Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.8. Reporting Observe all key competitors trade activities and regularly update to management.Provide monthly sales reports Qualification: SPM Graduated or equivalent
Experience: Min 3 years working experiences in FMCG, preferable cover both Modern Trade and General Trade
