Sales Executive (Chinese speaker/5 Days/High Salary/Taman Molek)- Feb/Mar intakeCompany: Logistic Industry
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary: Basic + Fixed Allowance + Commission up to 4k-10k (depends on sales capability)
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's logistics services, achieving sales goals and maintaining an effective sales pipeline.
Prospect and cultivate new sales leads to establish and expand business.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
Provide accurate quotes for customers by utilizing analytical and logistical planning.
Assess client needs and problems, offering and implementing effective logistics solutions.
Develop logistics concepts to enhance customers' supply chain efficiency.
Stay informed about product offerings and market developments in logistics.
Follow up with customers on offered solutions and ensure satisfaction.
Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring resolution from start to finish.
Assist with successful pick-up and delivery operations, including over-the-road support as needed.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Good command of language skills - Mandarin Speaker
Minimum 1 year of working experience inLogistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent
Meticulous and Details Oriented
Ability to work in teams and open to others' views
Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process; strong communication skills are ideal
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply .
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the import and export or logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
