Position Overview: Join our team asa Sales Executive cum Interviewer to embark on an exciting journeyto meet with Successful Personality to share their life inspiringstories. Your role includes conducting interview, documenting theachievements and presenting the personality our exclusive range ofproducts offering. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research toidentify interview & selling possibilities and evaluatepersonality needs - Invite personality for aninterview via various communication channels - Activelyseeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitationthrough networking & socialmedia - Schedule and conduct interviewswith personalities in the designatedmarkets (Malaysia,Singapore) following BPH's standardizedquestionnaires - Conduct a minimum of 10-15interviews monthly, both virtually andface-to-face - Product presentation &offering to the personality - Drafting thebiography & other relevant information in our CRMsystem - Follow up with personalities forbiography confirmation - Collaborate closely with theSales Admin team to achieve both personal and companytargets Requirements : 1) Must possessat least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in anyfield. 2) Proven min 2 years salesexperience 3) Proficiency & Fluencyin English areessential 4) Fast Learner and passionfor sales 5) Strong writing, interpersonal ,communication & listening skills. 6) Ambition& Drive 7) Willingness to acceptresponsibility & to embrace workchallenges 8) Self motivated & able towork independently Prefer Malaysianapplicants.
