We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge data analytics software solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the software sales process.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the target market.Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.Qualify leads to understand their needs and interest in our software solutions. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of our software.Customize presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and how they solve client challenges. Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and workflows.Consult with clients to identify opportunities where our software can add value and improve efficiency.Provide expert guidance throughout the sales process. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.Collaborate with the sales team and stakeholders to develop pricing proposals.Close sales deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions or concerns.Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Market Research and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of proven sales experience in a complex software application/SaaS/Cloud solution environment. Strong understanding of the software sales process, from prospecting to closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results. Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
