Sales and Enrolment Responsibilities
Responsible to promote all the programs offered by the company.
Attend to sales enquiries, identify and cultivate sales leads, ensuring a continuous pipeline of potential customers.
Follow up on leads diligently, achieve and exceed personal and company sales targets and KPIs by successfully converting leads.
Required to support in sales closing or any kind of assistance to agents.
Carry out targeted promotions and activities to increase public awareness and student enrolment.
Identify marketing opportunities as well as create new markets to achieve the academy's business objectives.
To drive sales and marketing activities for The Academy to increase public awareness, lead generation, and student enrolment.
Follow benchmarks for overall sales and marketing process.
Marketing and Promotion
Participate in any marketing events.
Involved in the planning and implementation of tactical plans to create consumer sales off-take.
To assist and support all aspects with regards to Marketing.
To assist in establishing contact and rapport with external stakeholders, such as nationwide schools and educational agents in sales and marketing activities as well as promotional campaigns.
To provide ideas and support for any event planning from marketing.
To develop sales and marketing collaterals and public relations materials.
To support marketing in managing the company's digital assets and platforms, including website, campaigns, social media engagement, and online advertising campaigns to raise customer click-through and conversion rates.
To assist and support in any social media content calendars.
Produce original, clear, and credible ideas/messages/scripts.
To contribute creative alternative ideas to help maximize market penetration.
Customer Relationship and Service
Manage the CRM enquiries, ensuring all e-mails, calls, and walk-ins are responded to promptly.
Responsible for monitoring, measuring, and improving service provision and for implementing a continuous improvement program to maintain students' enrolment.
Safeguard the interest and welfare of the brand properties against our Corporate Identity.
Research and Strategy
Consistently conduct market research and competitors' analysis.
Provide input and feedback to the immediate superior to formulate marketing strategies.
To manage all the database and data mining activities.
Administrative and Ad-Hoc Tasks
