SALES EXECUTIVE (ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENTATION AND MECHANICAL)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical products/services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in these areas and a proven track record in sales, offering solutions to industrial and commercial clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology, sales, and building long-term customer relationships.Sales and Business Development:Identify and target new business opportunities within the electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical industries.Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Promote the company's product and service offerings to new and existing customers, emphasizing their benefits.Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations to clients.Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively and profitably.Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technological developments.Analyze market demands and provide insights to help shape sales strategies.Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio and how it meets the needs of the target market.Customer Support and Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering excellent customer service and support.Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.Sales Targets and Reporting:Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the Sales Manager.Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.Collaboration:Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Product Knowledge and Training:Continuously update knowledge on electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical products.Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Minimum Requirements:2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.Expected start date for role: 20 January 2025.Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningTuesday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningWednesday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningThursday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningFriday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningFENOMENA MAJUKAYA SDN BHD (FMK) is a 100% Bumiputera owned company providing technology solutions for various Telecommunication projects.
