You will play an important role, such as:
Conduct regular travel, including visits to project sites, which may be located in outskirt or rural areas, to oversee project progress and specification-related tasks.
Organize and participate in frequent meetings with consultants, engineering companies, end-users, and fabricators.
Develop an understanding of current and future customer service needs by establishing strong relationships with potential and existing customers, as well as individuals capable of comprehending service requirements.
Provide comprehensive technical and engineering information about products, services, and equipment by promptly addressing questions and requests.
Identify potential customers, plan sales call schedules, and establish new accounts while effectively servicing existing ones.
Collaborate within the team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the attainment of related outcomes.
Uphold and expand the market share of our products and trade.
Gather, compile, and interpret market information to stay informed about market trends and demands.
Manage E-filing processes, update production information, and coordinate business-related training sessions or seminars for customers.
Oversee product certification initiatives, such as complying with BS or Indonesian BKI specifications, and similar standards.
Fulfill additional job tasks as assigned by superiors, ensuring efficient execution.
Business Region: Malaysia & Australia
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Candidate must be willing to travel and outstation to other countries as and when necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with consultants, engineering companies, end-users, and fabricators.
Collaborative mindset and commitment to achieving team objectives.
Proven ability to recognize and address current and future customer service requirements.
Able to work independently in Indonesia with minimal supervision.
Adaptable and proactive attitude towards handling various responsibilities.
Familiar with chemical/composite material.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
