Sales Executive (Export)

-Respond to all export customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.


-Coordinate and manage the timely delivery of shipments by working closely with the planning and warehouse departments to meet export customer requirements.


-Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure they are received on time, minimizing the risk of bad debts.


-Handle customer feedback and claims effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards and ISO compliance.


-Support business growth by establishing relationships with potential new customers and managing all aspects of order processing, including delivery options, documentation, and payment methods.
