Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunitiesthrough cold calling, networking, and customerreferrals.Present and demonstrate products orservices to potential customers.Develop andmaintain a sales pipeline to achieve salestargets.Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing and potentialclients.Understand customer needs and providetailored solutions.Handle customer inquiries,complaints, and feedbackprofessionally.Develop and implement effectivesales strategies and plans.Monitor markettrends and competitor activities to identify newopportunities.Collaborate with the marketingteam to develop promotional materials andcampaigns.Prepare regular sales reports andforecasts for management.Track salesperformance and provide insights on sales trends and marketconditions.Use CRM software to manage customerinformation and sales activities.Negotiateterms and conditions of sales agreements withclients.Close sales deals and ensure alldocumentation is completed accurately.Followup with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeatbusiness.To carry out any other duties andad-hoc assignments, as ad when requiredJob Requirements / MinimumRequirements Bachelor's degree in business administration,marketing, sales, or a related field.Provenexperience in sales or a relatedrole.Experience in the industry related to thecompany's products or services isadvantageous.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.Strong negotiation andclosing skills.Good organizational and timemanagement abilities.Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.Proficiency in using CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.Results-oriented with astrong motivation to achieve salestargets.Ability to travel as needed to meetwith clients. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
