Sales Executive

Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling
Actively pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive for results
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
