As a Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management:Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiating and successfully closing deals, while ensuring alignment with sales goals and client needs.
Product Presentation:Effectively presenting and demonstrating product offerings to potential and existing clients, highlighting the value and benefits of solutions.
Proposal Preparation:Creating and delivering tailored sales proposals and presentations that address client requirements and offer viable solutions.
Target Achievement:Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by driving consistent performance and focusing on closing deals.
Sales Tracking and Forecasting:Monitor and report on sales activities and performance, providing regular updates to management on progress toward targets.
Accurately forecast future sales and pipeline activity, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for growth.
Client Retention:Focus on client retention and maximizing opportunities within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Account Management:Proactively managing and nurturing existing client accounts to build long-term partnerships and secure repeat business.
Relationship Building:Cultivating strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and fostering connections that lead to lasting business ties.
Customer Satisfaction:Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, providing personalized service, and anticipating client needs before they arise.
Negotiation and Deal Closing:
Contract Negotiation:Lead negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client, and close deals effectively.
Client Onboarding and Delivery:Oversee the entire client journey from deal closure to delivery, ensuring a smooth transition and a seamless experience for the client from start to finish.
Handle any post-sale concerns or follow-up to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery of the product or service.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and client requirements.
Product and Process Feedback:Provide valuable insights based on customer interactions, feedback, and market trends, helping to refine offerings and improve the customer experience.
Key Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field is required to bring foundational knowledge to the role.
At least 2 years of working experience in sales within the manufacturing industry or material handling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are essential for engaging with a diverse client base and effectively communicating our value proposition.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating proposals, reports, and managing client communications.
Possess own transportation.
Domestic and international travel will be part of the role.
