Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and proactively develop new ones to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide tailored quotations for both current and potential clients while identifying fresh business opportunities.
Understand customer needs, identify challenges, and offer effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Documentation, etc.)
to ensure seamless communication and up-to-date market insights.
Apply a strategic approach to meet customer requirements in a dynamic market.
Share significant trends, pricing fluctuations, and policy updates with assigned portfolios.
Stay informed about the latest product offerings and developments in the logistics market.
Take on special projects or other ad hoc tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of a Diploma in Marketing or a related field (Bachelor's Degree is a plus).
Proficiency inEnglish, Mandarin , andBahasa Malaysiais required.
Strong skills inMicrosoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global team environment with minimal supervision.
Must possess your own transport.
