Job Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales Manager.
Establish and manage relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Identify, develop, and secure new customers to contribute to company's sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Negotiate business terms with key customers.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities supported with data analysis.
Plan, negotiate, and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
Possess a minimum diploma in Business or any relevant field.
Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG Industry.
Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Positive, motivated attitude.
Good computer skills, particularly in Excel.
