Job Responsibilities:Manage office-based administrative tasks related to sales and customer service efficiently and effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and acquiring new clients through sales visits and networking.
Monitor customer trading volumes, order frequencies, and devise strategies to secure accounts against competitor influence.
Educate clients about the company's comprehensive shipping solutions and tailor services to meet their specific needs.
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients with a genuine need for our logistics and shipping services.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (as contracts and correspondence are primarily in English).
Strong expertise in logistics and shipping services.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Willingness to be based in Johor Bahru and work effectively within the region.
