Job Description-Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.-Develop positive relationships with clients.-Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new sales account-Handle customer complaint and co-ordinate with respective department to ensure fulfillment of customer satisfaction-Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.-Monitor and report sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts).-Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Job Requirement-Sales driven and proactive to search for new leads-Undergraduate / Diploma holders or equivalent in any field. SPM holders may also be considered with relevant experience-Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia-Good working attitude, problem solving and communication skills-High integrity and able work independently and under pressure-Computer literate especially in MS Word and MS excel-Possess own transport with valid driving license-Successful applicant will be based at either Klang or Sungai Buloh
