Sales Executive

Job Description Identify and engage new customers while managing sales order processes.Manage shipping and export documentation for export sales.Ensure timely delivery of ordered goods.Collaborate with relevant departments to provide post-delivery or after-sales services to customers.Manage customer complaints and feedback processes.Manage NC products in the event of customer rejection.Prepare and analyze statistical reports based on established Q. Objectives.Investigate and recommend corrective actions or initiate improvement measures as needed.Report the sales performance at the management review meeting.Provide input during the risks and opportunities assessment. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in a relevant field.A minimum of 2 years working experience in the plastic industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in handling shipping and export documentation.Excellent problem-solving skills to manage customer complaints.Location: Based in Johor Requirements
